CPOP Certification [Certified Procurement Operations Professional] Package

The CPOP (Certified Procurement Operations Professional) Certification Program is Level 2 of the Certified Procurement Operations Body of Knowledge (CPO-BOK) and covers advanced procurement skills. The CPOP certification is not a replacement for the CPOS (Certified Procurement Operations Specialist) Certification, but simply a higher level of achievement. The CPOP (Certified Procurement Operations Professional) Certification builds on the skills and knowledge that you have already acquired while earning the CPOS (Certified Procurement Operations Professional) Certification and adds training in areas that are becoming more mission-critical in the purchasing field: international procurement and managerial skills. Throughout this program, you will learn how to manage a purchasing department, how to manage procurement projects, and how to buy internationally. 

The path to obtaining the CPOP (Certified Procurement Operations Professional) Certification involves completing the Level 2 online procurement courses and quizzes, and passing the CPOP exam. The CPOP exam is included with your registration.

The CPOP designation consists of training on four critical performance domains (courses), which are underpinned by 32 competencies and 180 sub-competencies, including:

• Profitable Inventory Management and Control
• Professional Procurement Project Management
• Basics of Smart International Procurement
• Executing a Global Sourcing Strategy

Throughout the duration of your access to the program, you will also have access to all of the templates, worksheets, live and on-demand webinars, and more that are available within the NLPA Learning environment.

You have one year from registration to complete all course elements and quizzes. It should take you approximately 32 hours to review the material and take any quizzes. All readings are provided in the course.
